Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. During sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

Payment Policy

We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping Timeline (Within India)

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time. Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to their service standards.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotional Free Shipping offer will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email or WhatsApp. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately. Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

Order Modification Policy

Shipping address or order details can only be modified within 6–12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, changes are not possible.

Delivery Attempt Policy

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the customer is unavailable and the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer must pay re-shipping charges to dispatch the order again. Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Afiq Jewels is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

Damaged Package Policy

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record a clear unboxing video. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted. Minor external packaging damage does not qualify as product damage if the item inside is intact.

Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner and, upon confirmation, arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. We are not liable for delays caused by such events.

High-Value Order Verification

For high-value orders, we may contact customers for verification before dispatch to ensure secure transactions.

Packaging Assurance

All orders are securely packed to ensure safe delivery and minimize transit damage.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping timelines and charges may vary. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
