Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Afiq Jewels, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to hygiene, safety, and the delicate nature of our jewelry, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered. All purchases are considered final.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD); all orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, size concerns, or minor variations in appearance. Slight differences in color, shine, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings and will not be considered defects.

In the rare case that a product is received physically damaged due to transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and clearly displaying the damage or wrong item received. Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.

If the damage claim is verified and approved after inspection, we will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion. The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid after applying any discounts or coupons. Original shipping charges and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Once a refund is processed from our end, it may take approximately 5–10 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or financial institutions.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the above conditions or in cases of suspected misuse, policy abuse, or fraudulent activity.
